html - rendering in microsoft edge and IE compared to other browsers -

i head-banging issue running in today: apparently ms edge , internet explorer render things similar size other browsers when users zoom level set 150% (not 100%).

is me or strange? check these screenshots: chrome 100%chrome windows edge 100% edge @ 100% edge 150%edge @ 150% images taken on same laptop screen.

is there reason or solution front-end developer change default 100% in other browser?

does computer have high-dpi display? perhaps browsers adjusting output dpi setting, , others still doing 1:1 pixel rendering.
